Description

Design and develop conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational journeys, prototypes, mockups, and flows to visualize user interactions.
• Develop engaging conversation scripts and responses tailored to specific bot personas.
• Build chatbot experiences across multiple channels including text and voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and delivery teams to ensure seamless end-to-end user experiences.
• Solve complex problems through creative conversational design.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Conversational AI or chatbot development.
• Proficiency with Kore.ai and SmartAssist.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, and XML.
• Working knowledge of Web Services API.
• Experience deploying to platforms such as Slack, Facebook, Twitter, and MS Teams.
• Experience with IVR technologies.
• Strong ability to design user journeys and conversational flows.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in linguistic analysis or conversation design.
• Expertise in building chatbot personas with human-like interactions.
