Description

Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai XO Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build conversational flows, intents, entities, and NLP models on Kore.ai.
• Develop server-side bot logic using Python and Java.
• Integrate Kore.ai with enterprise systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure bot lifecycle management, deployments, monitoring, and analytics.
• Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams and API specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Kore.ai XO Platform, Dialog Tasks, Node Flows, and BotKit SDK.
• Strong understanding of NLP, Intent Recognition, and Entity Extraction.
• Experience building REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Experience with MySQL, NoSQL, JSON, and XML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agentic AI, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with contact center platforms like NICE CXone or Genesys.
