Description

Build and maintain backend services and cloud-native solutions, focusing on API design and ServiceNow integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Deploy and manage microservices on AWS using ECS and Fargate.
• Integrate data flows and handle data exchange with ServiceNow.
• Document APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI and manage version control via GitHub.
• Debug production issues and monitor service performance using Splunk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend or API development.
• Strong expertise with Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with AWS, specifically ECS and Fargate.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs (GET, POST, PATCH).
• Experience with Docker and managing Docker images.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (ITSM, CSA, CMDB).
• Experience using Swagger/OpenAPI for documentation.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.
• Experience monitoring services with Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and data flows.
