Description

You will define and own the Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) strategy and long-term architecture roadmap for scalable Android and iOS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable KMP solutions across Android and iOS platforms.
• Establish coding standards, architecture blueprints, and reusable shared modules.
• Drive modularization of networking, storage, and shared business logic using Ktor and SQLDelight.
• Mentor engineers transitioning into KMP and conduct technical design reviews.
• Setup and maintain lightweight CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in Android and/or iOS.
• 5+ years of hands-on Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP/KMM) experience.
• Strong Kotlin expertise including coroutines, Gradle, Ktor, and SQLDelight.
• Deep knowledge of Android and iOS platforms, including Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI.
• Experience with REST APIs, offline storage, sync mechanisms, and app architecture patterns.
• Proven ability to build and release mobile apps end-to-end.
• Experience leading large-scale architecture modernization initiatives.
