Drive the strategy, architecture, and technical direction of the cross-platform application ecosystem, unifying iOS, Android, and backend interfaces using Kotlin Multiplatform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) strategy and roadmap across iOS & Android teams.
• Design and implement a scalable KMP architecture to unify Android and iOS app development.
• Establish architecture blueprints, coding standards, and reusable libraries.
• Write production-level code in Kotlin, Compose Multiplatform, and SwiftUI.
• Set up lightweight CI/CD pipelines and code quality gates.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience (Android and/or iOS).
• 5+ years of expertise with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Strong Kotlin skills, including experience with coroutines, Ktor, and SQLDelight.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP / KMM) in production or POC stages.
• Understanding of Jetpack Compose and SwiftUI for modern UI architecture.
• Experience building apps end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.
• Proven experience leading architecture strategy for large-scale mobile systems.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, offline storage, and sync mechanisms.
