Description

You will lead functional testing efforts for Kronos applications within a retail domain environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional testing for Kronos WFM and WFC modules.
• Lead testing workstreams including System Integration, UAT, and release management.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and detailed test scenarios.
• Validate solutions across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Advanced Scheduler modules.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of functional testing experience in the retail domain.
• Hands-on testing experience with Kronos WFM and WFC.
• Proficiency in Timekeeping, Accruals, Advanced Scheduler, Forecasting, and Attendance modules.
• Experience testing Oracle Retail applications and Workday.
• Practical knowledge of ALM, Zephyr, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile programs using the SAFe framework.
• Proven ability to manage upgrades and complex system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with test automation tools.
