Description

You will function as a hands-on technical consultant on Kronos/UKG implementation projects, owning technical design, prototyping, and development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical design, prototyping, and proof-of-concepts for Kronos/UKG projects.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and document technical gaps.
• Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to verify adherence to requirements.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, managing deliverables and tracking risks.
• Monitor and drive technical issues through to resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant.
• Expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).
• Experience configuring Kronos for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
• UKG Certification.
• Experience with the Dell Boomi integration platform.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Kronos Clock Terminals.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in Kronos and integration components.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in documenting design and code consistently.
