Description

You will configure and rebuild Kronos instances during a migration from version 7.0 to 8.1.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure WFC 8.1 and WFD Dimensions to support platform streamlining and Oracle upgrades.
• Manage the Accruals module by gathering requirements, developing new profiles, and building accrual policies.
• Execute complex configuration of pay rules, labor level transfer sets, employee groups, and valid accounts.
• Configure and support mobile devices (4500 and InTouch models) using Static and DHCP, including Geo-Fencing.
• Perform unit testing and walk business owners through new logic results to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Kronos support and configuration experience.
• Expertise in WFC 8.1 configuration.
• Deep experience with the Kronos Accruals module and policy development.
• Proven ability to build work/pay rule transfers and adjustment rules.
• Hands-on experience with WFD Dimensions.
• Mobile device configuration experience, including Geo-Fencing and Known Places.
• Strong knowledge of device setup for 4500 and InTouch hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to gather business requirements for timekeeping and accrual logic.
