Description

You will lead the technical and functional implementation, configuration, and migration of UKG systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration process from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Dimensions.
• Define technical solutions and architecture within the WFC and Dimensions ecosystems.
• Manage cutover activities and lead teams of consultants through project delivery.
• Provide technical solutions for SaaS integrations, security, and platform architecture.
• Participate in scrum teams to deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Dimensions.
• Proven experience migrating from WFC to Dimensions.
• Functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Mobile App configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Dimensions modules including Attestation, Analytics, Accruals, and Extensions.
• Integration experience using Dell Boomi or WebMethods.
• Technical knowledge of SaaS solutions, including network and platform architecture.
• Practical understanding of Payroll, General Ledger, and Accounting principles.
• Experience in Retail, Logistics, or Manufacturing environments.
