Description

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Kronos/UKG workforce management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and design to build and post-go-live support.
• Configure Kronos/UKG Accruals and Absence Management modules.
• Set up and maintain WDM/UDM servers and Kronos hardware, including 4500 and InTouch/DX terminals.
• Integrate legacy systems and multi-product solutions within complex technology environments.
• Consult with business users and client management to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience implementing and configuring Kronos/UKG Workforce Central or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
• 10+ years of dedicated experience working with the Kronos/UKG suite of products.
• Experience with ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher.
• Proven ability to develop and support interfaces using Dell Boomi for UKG Pro WFM.
• Expertise in configuring Kronos Accruals and Absence Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with WDM/UDM server configuration and Kronos clock hardware.
• Strong technical communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions).
• Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, Analytics, and Activities modules.
