Description

You will manage and enhance Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions applications within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and re-configure Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Dell Boomi for WFD enhancements, timekeeping, and attendance.
• Manage Kronos WIW upstream and downstream interfaces.
• Analyze, understand, and document business processes for system implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to InTouch clock devices.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central, including Timekeeping, Global Time Off, Basic Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, and Devices.
• 2+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) implementation.
• 2+ years of experience with Dell Boomi integration development.
• 2+ years of experience with Kronos WIW interfaces.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming for interface development.
• Experience working within Agile project management frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing Data Views, Reports, and Attestations within WFD.
