Description

You will manage and support the Kronos UKG platform, configuring workflows and administering time and attendance systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage PeS Interface Flow and Move IT jobs and functionalities.
• Configure and monitor scheduled jobs and SFTP processes.
• Administer time and attendance concepts, including clocks and groups.
• Handle time administration and Ready Central dimensions.
• Track and manage service requests using ServiceNow reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Kronos UKG platform development.
• Expertise in PeS Interface Flow.
• Hands-on experience with Move IT jobs and functionalities.
• Proficiency in managing scheduled jobs and SFTP.
• Strong understanding of Business Org structures (SBG/SBU).
• Solid knowledge of Time & Attendance device concepts, including clocks and groups.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data management.
• Experience with NavigationService.
• Ability to use ServiceNow for request tracking and reporting.
