Description

You will implement and configure Kronos Workforce modules to manage complex scheduling and timekeeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure Kronos Workforce Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler, and Workforce Central version 8.1.
• Manage accruals, overtime, pay/work rules, security profiles, and time clocks.
• Develop integrations using Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
• Utilize Genie and Process Manager for system automation and workflow management.
• Execute data queries and reporting using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce modules.
• Deep expertise in Workforce Central version 8.1.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
• Experience managing Oracle databases.
• Proven ability to configure Advanced Scheduling and Kronos Reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
