Description

Own the development, customization, and maintenance of Kronos products, including application upgrades and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current Kronos product configurations and integrations.
• Execute Kronos application upgrades and manage the full IT project life-cycle.
• Build new interfaces using Kronos WIM Interface.
• Configure Accruals, Overtime, pay rules, and Advanced Scheduling modules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years implementing Kronos Workforce Timekeeper & Advanced Scheduler v6.2 and Workforce Central 8.1.5.
• 3+ years configuring Kronos Accruals, Overtime, pay rules, and Advanced Scheduling.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience utilizing Record Manager.
• Proven ability to develop interfaces using Kronos WIM Interface.
• Experience with full life-cycle IT project management, including requirement gathering and solution validation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Mobile applications.
