Description

You will manage and support Kronos Workforce Central systems to ensure accurate timekeeping and labor management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workforce Central Timekeeping, including accruals, pay policies, work rules, and shift zones.
• Manage FAAs, modify labor level entries, and handle organizational sets.
• Develop and support WIM interfaces for data integration.
• Write SQL queries to interact with database structures and create ad-hoc reports.
• Resolve technical issues by responding to service tickets and maintaining system stability.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in Kronos development.
• Proficiency in Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeping.
• Experience creating and modifying pay policies, work rules, and shift zones.
• Direct experience with WIM interfaces.
• Strong SQL skills with knowledge of table and database structures.
• Ability to create ad-hoc reports and Hyperfinds.
• Experience using Genie and Navigator environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kronos Scheduler, Forecasting, or Analytics.
• Knowledge of Process Manager, Organizational Sets, or Device Manager for clock setup.
