Description

Lead the end-to-end migration from Kronos WFC to WFD for an employee base exceeding 100,000.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full migration process from WFC to WFD.
• Strategize and execute data migration plans.
• Rebuild integrations with external systems currently fetching data directly from Kronos WFC tables.
• Develop custom solutions when Boomi pre-built connectors are insufficient.
• Execute comprehensive testing for all migrated workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Kronos WFC.
• Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi.
• Proven track record migrating large-scale environments (100K+ employees).
• Experience building integrations for Person Import from HR systems.
• Experience building Payfile integrations.
• Ability to architect integrations involving Workday or ADP.
