Description

You will execute functional testing for the UKG Workforce Schedule to Pay (WSTP) program, validating staffing, scheduling, time and attendance, and absence management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional testing for the Workforce Schedule to Pay program.
• Validate UKG processes including staffing, scheduling, and time and attendance.
• Test absence and leave management modules.
• Support EZCall product functionality and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UKG functional workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Workforce Schedule to Pay (WSTP) programs.
• Proficiency in UKG EZCall module.
• Deep understanding of staffing and scheduling processes.
• Experience managing time, attendance, absence, and leave management modules.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Test Assure.
• Experience with test automation tools.
