You will design, implement, and support Kronos Workforce Management solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design WFM solutions.
- Configure and implement UKG Dimensions, Workforce Central, or Workforce Ready.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams to optimize workforce processes.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues regarding timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll interfaces.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for Kronos applications.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and third-party integrations.
- Work with technical teams to develop custom reports and dashboards.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Kronos WFM solutions, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Expertise in Kronos modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Payroll interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).
- Proficiency in SQL queries for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with HR and Payroll systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, or PeopleSoft.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and client-facing experience.
