Description

You will serve as a functional expert for Workforce Management (WFM) and timekeeping modules, configuring and optimizing Kronos solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Kronos Business Process Models.
• Lead functional implementations with a focus on the timekeeping module.
• Optimize Workforce Management (WFM) workflows to meet business requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Kronos Workforce Management (WFM).
• Proven experience with Kronos Business Process Models.
• Specialized knowledge of the Kronos timekeeping module.
• Any Graduate degree.
