Description

You configure and support Kronos (UKG) timekeeping solutions, translating business requirements into scalable system configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations to gather WFM requirements and configure Kronos Dimensions.
• Lead functional design and configuration of pay rules, accrual profiles, schedules, and employment terms.
• Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and production support to troubleshoot issues and minimize business disruption.
• Document functional requirements, test cases, and configuration change logs following governance protocols.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and process efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant with a strong focus on the timekeeping module.
• Deep understanding of timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, and pay rules in Kronos Dimensions.
• Experience with the Kronos Activity Module for labor tracking, cost allocation, or project time reporting.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solutions.
• Experience in end-to-end testing and troubleshooting within the Kronos environment.
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes as they relate to time and attendance.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kronos Business Process Models and attestation workflows.
• Experience working with UKG WFM Analytics within Kronos.
• Exposure to complex, multi-site or unionized US environments with varying award interpretations.
