Description

Lead quality assurance efforts for Kronos and UKG Pro environments, owning the testing lifecycle and team activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA testing processes and direct team activities to ensure system stability.
• Execute manual and regression testing workflows across Kronos and UKG Pro platforms.
• Manage the full software testing lifecycle from planning to execution.
• Communicate technical findings and testing progress clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10 years of total IT experience.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a QA Lead role.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in Kronos QA testing.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro is required.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and Regression Testing.
• Strong software testing and Quality Assurance expertise.
• Proven communication skills.
