Description

Lead business analysis and testing for UKG Pro WFM upgrades, managing stakeholder requirements and ensuring successful integration with PeopleSoft.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts in testing and validating system configurations and integrations for Kronos ProWFM.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for UKG Pro WFM upgrades.
• Develop and manage test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage of business scenarios and pay rules.
• Oversee integration with PeopleSoft and legacy systems using Kronos Boomi middleware.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager to align project objectives and ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Lead with Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementations.
• Expertise in configuring Kronos Workforce Central Suite, including Timekeeper, Activities, Mobile, and Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with Workforce Management systems.
• Experience with data extraction, cleansing, and migration from WFC to ProWFM.
• Proficiency in test script design and leading testing efforts for complex systems.
• Familiarity with Kronos Boomi middleware for integration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SI tools and accelerators for Kronos implementations.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external system integrators.
