Description

You will manage the full application lifecycle and operational performance for Kronos Workforce Central v8 and the UKG Pro Workforce Management suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive application lifecycle and operational performance for Kronos WFC v8 and UKG Pro.
• Coordinate HR, Payroll, IT, and managed services resources to deliver HR and Payroll solutions.
• Provide tier 2 support for system issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external resources.
• Manage the software maintenance lifecycle, including production support, patching, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Maintain technical, functional, and operational knowledge of Kronos WFC and UKG Pro.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on configuration and administration of Kronos Workforce Central version 7 or higher.
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions).
• Proficiency with Kronos Timekeeper, Attendance, Scheduling, Analytics, and Integration Manager.
• Experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining Kronos InTouch clocks using Workforce Device Manager.
• Knowledge of Kronos functional processes and design in support of HR and payroll regulations.
• Ability to manage organizational change implications on system functionality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud deployments of Kronos.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing industry labor and workforce.
• External, customer-facing business consulting experience.
