Description

You will manage and support the Kronos Workforce Management system and its integrations, ensuring system stability and seamless data flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor data flow and integration throughout the application.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers for planned or unplanned application maintenance.
• Communicate application changes, updates, and maintenance schedules to business stakeholders.
• Perform application maintenance and support activities to ensure system stability.
• Implement and manage SAML/SSO configurations.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience working with Kronos Workforce Management.
• Expertise in WIW interfaces, including inbound/outbound interfaces and APIs.
• Proficiency with Access profiles such as GDAP, FAP, and Data access profiles.
• Hands-on experience with Kronos Time and Attendance, including Pay policies and Navigators.
• Technical knowledge of SDM tool, Time Clocks (Device management), and Employment terms.
• Experience configuring Accruals, Kronos Scheduling, Org setup, and Report setup.
• Ability to manage SSRS reporting, Display preferences, Hyperfinds, and Genies.
• Competency in Adjustment Rules, System settings, and SQL queries/stored procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP time management systems.
