Description

You will lead large-scale Kronos Workforce Central implementations for multi-national clients, owning the full lifecycle from business requirements analysis through functional design, system configuration, and testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Kronos WFC version 8.0 modules including Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, and Attendance.
• Implement new version 8.0 features, specifically Navigators.
• Configure Kronos Clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals) using Workforce Device Manager (WDM) and Setup Data Manager (SDM).
• Manage Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) integrations.
• Coordinate with client, internal, and external vendor teams to resolve complex technical and functional issues.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in design, implementation, and configuration of Kronos Workforce Central.
• Proven track record of leading at least 2 full-scale, large-scale Kronos WFC implementations.
• Deep expertise in WFC version 8.0 modules: Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, and Attendance.
• Hands-on experience with WDM and SDM for device configuration.
• Strong ability to analyze problems and deliver functional solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with senior executives.

• Experience working in multi-team environments with diverse stakeholders.
