Description

Manage daily operations, maintenance, and full lifecycle of enterprise applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage applications from project definition and approval through implementation and evaluation.
• Execute customer requests, projects, and enhancements for assigned tools.
• Handle all operations and maintenance tasks for the application suite.
• Develop, track, and document changes, procedures, and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external team members to meet project timeframes.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience supporting the full lifecycle of complex, cloud-based, and on-premises applications.
• 5 years of experience with relational databases and basic SQL knowledge.
• 5 years of experience with TCP/IP and firewalls.
• 5 years of experience with OSI layer 6 and 7 protocols, including HTTP, HTTPS, TLS, SSL, DNS, and SMTP.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MSSQL and IIS.
