Description

Manage Kubernetes environments and provide technical leadership for operations and incident escalation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for major incident escalations and engineering issues.
• Perform architecture reviews to assist application teams in transitioning to container and cloud environments.
• Manage and guide L2 OPS teams through BAU issues and 24/7 support requirements.
• Mentor L3 OPS members and develop technical SOPs based on daily activities.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies in collaboration with vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations or administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes.
• Experience managing L2 OPS and L3 OPS support structures.
• Proven ability to resolve BAU issues.
• Experience performing architecture reviews for cloud/container transitions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with vendors to implement new technology solutions.
