Description

Lead the architecture, implementation, and operation of container services platforms and CI/CD integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate container services platforms with a focus on CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues reported by customers using PaaS and CaaS platforms.
• Automate manual tasks to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering groups to triage customer and business unit issues.
• Develop maintainable software and contribute to peer-reviewed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Container Platforms.
• Expertise in ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift) plus one of: PAS/TAS, PKS/TKGI, GKE, IBM Red Hat OpenShift, or ROSA.
• Proficiency deploying Kubernetes on public IaaS providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, or Alibaba).
• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and DNS.
• Experience designing Infrastructure as Code APIs using Swagger.
• Knowledge of virtual computing, hypervisors, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with Identity Management, Access Management, and Certificate Management.
• Competency in Go, Ansible, Terraform, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, and VMware.
• Experience with Jenkins, Harness, RunDeck, GitLab, or GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NSX, NSX-T, Panorama, Vsphere7, or TKG.
• Previous on-call experience.
