Manage production Kubernetes infrastructure and maintain peak performance for cloud-based containerized environments in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Manage production Kubernetes infrastructure and containerized environments.
  • Implement infrastructure as code and configuration as code.
  • Maintain production environments at peak performance using cloud and container technologies.
  • Apply DevOps best practices through CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a technology professional.
  • 2+ years of platform operations experience supporting Kubernetes microservices and containerization.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing infrastructure as code.
  • Deep understanding of containerization and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
  • Experience with Service Mesh technologies such as Istio and Kuma.
  • Experience using Rancher as a control plane.
  • Experience with observability tools including Datadog, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Mezmo.
  • Deep knowledge of Linux OS, networking, and Azure PaaS solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Azure or Kubernetes technical certifications.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
