Description

Support cloud-hosted applications as part of the Cloud Operations team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues within Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift environments.
• Navigate Splunk logs to troubleshoot and investigate system issues.
• Monitor application health and performance using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Maintain and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Direct experience managing RedHat OpenShift.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting via Splunk log analysis.
• Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on operational experience; this is not a developer or release manager role.

• Any Graduate degree.
