You will manage Kubernetes clusters and GitHub Enterprise Server to support CI/CD and observability pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Kubernetes clusters, optimizing resources for pods, nodes, and namespaces.
• Manage GitHub Actions, including self-hosted runners, autoscaling, and secure execution environments.
• Plan and execute GHES upgrades, disaster recovery, and replication strategies.
• Automate infrastructure and workflows using Terraform, Ansible, and GitHub REST/GraphQL APIs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) administration.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes cluster management, including kubectl, Rancher, and Helm.
• Strong proficiency in GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows and enterprise standard patterns.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Docker.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python or Java.
• Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps best practices and enterprise SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP/GKE and GitHub Cloud.
• Programming background in Go, NodeJS, or .NET.
