Description

You will extend platform capabilities by developing custom Kubernetes controllers, CRDs, and operators while managing cluster lifecycle operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure K3s clusters across heterogeneous hardware, including bare metal, ARM/x86 nodes, and accelerators.
• Automate cluster provisioning, node registration, and upgrade workflows using GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
• Enforce network policies, RBAC, secrets management, and container security best practices.
• Monitor platform health using Prometheus, Grafana, and Kubernetes Events.
• Troubleshoot container runtimes, DNS resolution, and overlay networking issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing Kubernetes platform components and lifecycle operations.
• Hands-on experience with K3s/Kubernetes deployment on-prem, including multi-node hybrid clusters.
• Proficiency in Go, Bash scripting, and REST API development.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes CNI plugins and network policy management.
• Proficiency with Helm charts and YAML/JSON configuration.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of multi-node hybrid clusters across x86, ARM, and accelerators.
