Description

You will manage and maintain Kubernetes operator-based applications across cloud and on-prem environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and troubleshoot Custom Resource Definition (CRD) deployments to drive automation.
• Configure workloads using pod topology spread constraints, node affinity, and scheduling policies to ensure high availability.
• Manage cluster deployments, operator installations, and rolling updates to ensure reliable system upgrades.
• Diagnose infrastructure and application issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and alerts.
• Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes Operator expertise, including deployment and management.
• 3+ years of in-depth experience implementing and troubleshooting CRDs.
• 3+ years of experience using Grafana and Prometheus for application monitoring and optimization.
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform or Helm for infrastructure automation.
• 2+ years of experience with Bash, Python, or Golang for scripting.
• B.Tech in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CKA certification.
• Familiarity with incident response, disaster recovery planning, and container security best practices.
• Experience with ELK Stack for log aggregation.
