Description

Manage and automate the Kubernetes platform and DevOps components in Okemos, MI.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test technical specifications for DevOps components.
• Configure and script automated infrastructure provisioning, image builds, and instance deployments.
• Resolve scalability metrics, integration challenges, and production issues.
• Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation to ensure platform availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps practices, including infrastructure, scripting, and programming.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Strong focus on automating repeatable processes.
• Ability to perform technical analysis and design development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience reviewing design and scripting for compliance with enterprise programming standards.
