Description
You will handle KYC processing, customer verification, and back-office banking operations.
Responsibilities
- Collect and verify customer KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.).
- Ensure proper documentation as per RBI guidelines.
- Update and maintain KYC records in the system.
- Follow up with customers for incomplete documentation.
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Data Entry).
- Ms Excel.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Bengali/English preferred).
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Basic understanding of banking procedures.
