Description

You will design and maintain the semantic layer for enterprise data analytics using Kyvos, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient data models and semantic layers using Kyvos.
• Manage heterogeneous data migrations between PostgreSQL and Snowflake, ensuring data integrity.
• Write advanced SQL, OLAP, and MDX queries to support multidimensional data analysis.
• Validate result sets and dashboard accuracy in Tableau to ensure presentation quality.
• Provide technical guidance to BI Analysts and junior data engineers during migration tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or engineering roles.
• Proficiency in semantic layer tools, specifically Kyvos.
• Strong database management skills with PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Advanced expertise in Tableau for data visualization and validation.
• Ability to write complex SQL, OLAP, and MDX queries.
• Experience with heterogeneous data migrations and integration across diverse systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting BI Analysts and mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with other semantic layer solutions beyond Kyvos.
