Description

You provide technical support for IT infrastructure, covering desktop, network, and server environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve first-line service requests and incidents via ticketing systems, email, and phone.
• Handle escalated L2 technical issues through deep troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Administer servers, network devices, and IT security components.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades on IT infrastructure.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT support experience at L1/L2 levels.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Core networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Hardware, operating system, and application troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage virtualization, cloud services, and backup systems.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, or Azure.
