Description

You will provide L1 and L2 technical support for onsite infrastructure in Brookshire, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve connectivity issues related to LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
• Manage and troubleshoot network protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Maintain network stability and connectivity across onsite infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with LAN and WAN networking.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting VPNs.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
• Experience managing DHCP and DNS services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
