Description

Provide tiered technical support for IT infrastructure, handling desktop, network, and server issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line support for desktop, network, and server incidents via ticketing, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, and applications, escalating complex issues to L2.
• Administer servers, network devices, and IT security components.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades on IT infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in L1/L2 IT support.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems and desktop troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Familiarity with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
