Description

You will manage and monitor local and wide area networks to maintain maximum uptime. Responsibilities include monitoring network events and performance to detect malfunctions, handling call flows, and communicating technical updates to customers. You will manage system configurations, document new network installations, and maintain or upgrade existing network systems. This role requires working rotating shifts to ensure continuous coverage.

Required Skills

• Foundational knowledge of IP networking and core networks.
• Proficiency in IP addressing and subnetting.
• Understanding of LAN, VLANs, SVI, and Ether Channel.
• Knowledge of STP, VTP, ARP, and the OSI Model.
• Experience with computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to use your own laptop for work tasks.
• CCNA training or certification.
