Description

Provide foundational network support and troubleshooting within a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot L2 network-related issues, including connectivity problems and alerts.
• Manage and close network tickets within agreed SLA timelines following established SOPs.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to the next level of support when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors to follow up on pending calls and service requests.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in network support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking products, specifically routers and switches.
• Working knowledge of switching and routing protocols.
• Practical experience with network configuration and debugging techniques.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
