Description

You will provide first-level network operations support for RAN environments on-site in Littleton, CO.

Responsibilities

• Resolve or assign alarm-related trouble tickets for Altiostar and Mavenir to L2 within defined SLAs.
• Manage fault tickets from initial intake through to closure.
• Diagnose network faults at the primary level.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate resolution.
• Escalate critical, service-affecting, and non-repetitive faults to the L2 fault management team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with L1 RAN.
• Ability to work rotational shifts (6am-4pm, 12pm-10pm, or 8pm-6am MST).
• Availability for a 4x10 schedule (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat).
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of 5G ORAN Network Functions including CU, CU-CP, CU-UP, DU, gNB, and RUs.
• Knowledge of RAN networks.
