Description

Manage 24/7 network operations, monitoring, reporting, and ticketing for RCS solutions. Monitor alarms, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely closure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on 4G and 5G Core network performance with 24/7 support coverage.
• Troubleshoot RCS architecture issues, including node interfaces and basic solution failures.
• Analyze RCS call flows for registration, chat, file transfer, and OTT-to-OTT calls.
• Proactively monitor alarms and drive incident closure in a Linux environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in 4G and 5G Core technologies.
• Deep understanding of RCS architecture and its internal interfaces.
• Proficiency with HTTP/HTTPS, SIP, Diameter, RTP, RTCP, and H.248 protocols.
• Experience working with Mavenir RCS solutions (Nokia or Ericsson background is acceptable).
• Strong Linux environment familiarity.
• Basic understanding of SDN/NFV technologies, networking, and cloud concepts.
