Description

Provide first-level monitoring and operational support for the NOC engineering department.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts for servers, systems, and databases using designated tools.
• Perform daily health checks for systems, servers, and data center infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure alerts and track requests through to closure.
• Coordinate with the Service Desk to raise P1/P2 incidents and notify stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to resolver groups and assist in analyzing security device reports.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in a support or monitoring role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows environments.
• Proficiency in system and network infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for infrastructure elements.
• Bachelor's degree.
