Description

You will provide technical support for a fintech calling process based in the Noida office.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical queries through a voice-based support process.
• Apply fintech and loan processing knowledge to resolve user issues.
• Communicate technical information clearly in English and local languages (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi).
• Work according to assigned roster schedules on-site in Noida.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in a support or technical role.
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one local language (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi).
• Working knowledge of fintech domains, specifically loan processing.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• Graduate degree in any stream.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with APIs.
• Knowledge of AWS.
