Description
You will provide technical assistance for Windows devices, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software support for Windows systems, MS Office, and enterprise tools.
- Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and iPads.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and device troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Understanding of basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with MDM tools such as Intune.
- Experience with Enterprise Tools.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and customer service.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
