Description

You will provide L2 and L3 support for critical Swift Payments systems within Payment Operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own issue resolution and coordinate with distributed teams to meet specified SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Execute tactical changes including analysis, code development, testing, and production deployment.
• Provide on-call support via a rotating schedule for out-of-office hours.
• Maintain technical documentation and submit regular status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total professional experience with at least 3 years in a support role.
• Experience with SWIFT payments systems.
• Proficiency in UNIX or AIX environments.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or SQL.
• Experience with MQ.
• Ability to use Perl or Shell programming for automation or troubleshooting.
• Experience working within the banking domain.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NFT Testing.
