Description

You will provide L2 application production support to maintain system stability and resolve technical issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues to identify root causes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for application incidents.
• Collaborate with App Dev teams and stakeholders to drive technical solutions.
• Manage incidents and knowledge documentation following ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an L2 support engineer.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in UNIX and Shell Scripting.
• Strong Linux skills.
• Experience with ITIL processes, including Service Management, Knowledge Management, and Incident Management.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical and functional issues.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to read and debug code in Java or other OOP languages.
