Description

Handle L2 application support for critical banking systems, troubleshooting microservices and web applications.

You will own the resolution of technical incidents and perform software engineering tasks within a support context.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support for critical banking infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues in microservices architecture and web applications.
• Diagnose and resolve application defects using Java, Spring, and REST APIs.
• Write and execute shell scripts using Unix/Linux commands.
• Query SQL databases and perform Pl/SQL operations for data analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in L2 Support or Application Support.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs and SQL database querying.
• Solid knowledge of Pl/SQL and Oracle Database.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture patterns.
• Experience performing software engineering tasks in a support context.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux command line and shell scripting.
