Description

You will provide Level 2 support for AWS cloud environments and asset management applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform business impact assessments through direct customer interaction.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and analysis of cloud operation issues.
• Remediate issues using data manipulation and application tools.
• Coordinate with development teams to resolve software bugs and manage fixes.
• Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes and Docker.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud operations.
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud services and architecture.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration.
• Experience with Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
• Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, and uDeploy for build and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
